Gender
Dynamics delivers a
gender balanced solution for today's economic chaos, a new
blueprint for success

The
credit crunch
and financial crisis has brought attention to the emotional turmoil
and downturn within the workplace - and the lack of women at
leadership level has highlighted a serious gap in the potential
solution.
There is
increasingly evidence of the positive influence women can have within
a mixed top team and throughout an organisation, on many key areas
such as behaviour, customer confidence, creativity, governance,
risk and decision-making. Mixed boards are now leading on
sustainable profit and shareholder value.
However
just adding women to the mix is not enough – if natural
gender dynamics and the scope of men and women to come together is
not valued fully, understood and reframed as a new mixture for
business, then the plan will repeat old patterns and can be sabotaged
at every step.

workplace, and how decisions are made within it, from one that is
inherently emotionally and physically masculine to one where there is a
much more balanced collaboration of the masculine and the feminine
within us all. read more...
